What Do You Want From Me? (Koulgen)

[Kael]

"That is both questionable and debatable at the same time. However, I know that arguing with you is a losing proposition, and I don't feel like losing." he said. Well, almost all the arguments anyway.

[Professor McCaw]

"Spartan?" He asked.

"Oh yeah... That spartan." He said, remembering when he interrupted Kyle and Raja's time at the lake.

"Lemme guess, you met him? I'm willing to bet he randomly appeared to talk to Raja, too? Seems to love crashing moments." He said, and laughed a bit.

[Koulgen]

"Yeah We we're talking when he walked up so I left instead of dealing with it." Tremears said as he he picked up Rock SOcks.

Raja laughed. "Good call, Kael. So I'm actually surprised I remember you to be honest. I'm not doing so well on remembering things since Kyle brought me back," she admitted with a grim smile. "I don't even remember how I died or who killed me."

[Kael]

The seemingly unending grin faded. "What? You died?" it was obvious from his expression that he had no idea that it happened. And he immediately blamed myself for it. "Damn!" he exclaimed, punching the tree so hard that it started shuddering. "This is all my fault. If I hadn't left....Son of a bitch!" Words couldn't describe the anger he felt with himself as he hit the tree again. It started leaning, making dangerous cracking noises, which he didn't seem to hear.

Kyle looked back where he came from, and saw birds suddenly flying through the air.

"Something tells me the spartan is pissed." He said, then looked back to Tremears and laughed a bit.

Tremears got a devious smile. "You wanna mess with him." He asked as he laughed alittle

Raja watched him calmly. "Kael. You're going to kill a nice family of birds living in that tree if you don't calm down," she said softly and walked up to him, lying a gentle hand on his arm. Her whole body looked completely relaxed but she was ready to spring backwards if she needed to.

Unthinkingly, he shrugged off her hand and was about to punch the tree again when the crack of a sniper shot hit the tree right in front of him. Kael jerked back and whirled to find the sniper. He found him, a reclining figure in gray armor, waving one finger at him like he was a naughty kid. He felt his anger flare, but Alex still had the rifle pointed in his direction. Muttering so quietly that even his helmet mic didn't pick up on it, he glanced at the tree, which was already swaying dangerously. If Kael's punched it full strength, it would have fallen over instantly, but he'd pulled them despite his rage, but not enough. "I would reccomend moving out of the way. Right now." he said calmly.

[Professor McCaw]

"I don't know what you're thinking, but go right ahead. I gotta see this." He said, with a smirk. He laughed a bit, and waited for Tremears to play this joke.

[Koulgen]

"Hmm what to do." Tremears thought to himself as he plotted. "I got it." he hide behind a tree. He muttered a few words in the ancient language. The color around Raja, and the spartan started fading till it was black, and white. He then took the sound. It was like a 50s cartoon. He looked to see what they would do, and that's when he noticed the tree falling. "O crap." He thought to himself.

Raja backed away silently. She then noticed everything around her changing. Following the power source she discovered that Tremears was hiding behind the tree. "Shit," she said and transported herself to him, grabbed him, and transported back to where she had been standing. A second later the tree crashed to the ground. She sighed, glaring at Tremears angrily.

Kael didn't actually seem to move from his spot. Then, with record breaking speed, even for a Spartan, at 64 kph, barely edging out the Spartan-II Kelly at her 62 back in the first UNSC-Covenant war, he was out from under the falling tree. The black and white didn't bother him much. He could still see, and that's what mattered. And his motion tracker still worked, so he didn't really need sound either.

Kyle burst out laughing.

"Good one." He said, sarcastically, to Tremears. Then, he turned to the spartan.

"Damn, you're fast. How about a sparing match? If you say yes, it's just you and me, no teams involved... unless you wanna wring someone else up to the bat, I'll bring Tremears." He said, laughing a bit more because he volunteered Tremears.

"I swear I didn't know the tree was falling." Tremears said as Raja grabbed him. Then he heard Kyle. "That sounds like fun. Come on spartan wanna play."
