OK guys, something big is happening, and Professor McCaw is here to give you all the low down. Basically, we have a friend who might give us free hosting. That means, that we would be able to have our own forum, with hardly any of the rules Proboards has us use. Also, the forum would be more professional. The forum platform we would be using is SMF, or Simple Machines Forum. We used to use it, but the host kept having downtime, and we moved to Proboards. If we took this offer, the URL would still be www.therpuniverse.com , but it would be a whole new forum. At this time, I can not think of any disadvantages, so feel free to state any you can think of... or advantages, if I missed any. So, I leave you all on this question. Would you want us to change to SMF? The staff here want YOUR opinion before making the final decision, so we don't upset out lovely members here. Vote in the poll, or just post below with your decision. Melvin: If this isn't a unanimous decision we won't be doing it. I want EVERYONE to be on board with it so we don't lose members over it.Thanks, Professor McCaw |

It would be less strict but you still couldn't do that. Plus even if we could I still don't want that on the site |

Well, on MPL, they have you put an NSFW in the title, so maybe. Not a guaranteed answer though, but it's a possible maybe... XD
