"Well, isn't it obvious? We needed troops to help us defeat Ryou... and still do." He said, thinking about battle plans even while he's thinking about all of this.
"I brought back the best of the best. One of those I remembered was you. You know, you DID save my life back in the day..." He said, and laughed. He remembered he still had his Keyblade in his hand. He made it disappear.

Raja laughed. "That's true. And you're lucky I did," she replied, winking at him. It wasn't a flirtatious one, just a friendly wink and she meant nothing by it except to emphasize what she said. "Too bad you couldn't bring back the memories too." She looked away. Her sword was a dull blue, sad. |

"Damn right I am." He said, and winked back. He sat there in the silence for a bit, unsure of what else to talk about.
"WAIT. I correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you just remembered something!" He said, and laughed, punching the air.

Raja's eyes opened wide and a smile appeared on her face. "I did!" she exclaimed and laughed. Rarely did she laugh and it was a weird sound to her so she immediately stopped and looked away, a smile on her face. Her sword was a bright yellow, joyous. |

"I've never heard you laugh before. It's amazing." He said, tilted his head, and smiled.
"Maybe if talking about that worked, talking about the past more will unlock more... or maybe certain things, like words, or items, will trigger reactions..." Kyle said, thinking.

Raja smiled. "Thank you. Don't get used to it," she warned, her eyes narrowing. "And don't tell anyone. I don't laugh often." She listened to him as he rambled. "It could work. Worth the try." she smiled, another thing that rarely happened. |

Kyle laughed.
"Don't worry, I won't." He said.
"Hmm..." He mumbled, then sighed. It was hard remembering things from so far back.
"Well, I remember Kiba showed up a few weeks before our first attack on Necrosis... Oh yeah! You killed... er... I don't remember, but you did SOMETHING to Mephisto. We all fought him in the courtyard to Ryou's school." He said, trying to remember more.

Raja's thoughts whirled, her sword flashing colors and mixing constantly. "Kiba...." she said out loud. She couldn't remember a thing and it frustrated her beyond reason. "I can't remember anything about Kiba. Or the other person you mentioned," she said, anger and frustration in her voice. She wanted to spar suddenly. "It's useless. I only remember some things but not everything." |

"Hmm... lets try another time. Tomorrow, maybe. I'm tired as hell..." He said. He put his hands behind his head, and casually started to walk back to camp, thinking about Raja's memories, and everything else that had happened over the past month.

Kyle turned around, to see if she was coming. He saw her blade, but decided not to say anything, deciding she was obviously trying to hide her emotions.
"Hey! You coming?" He asked, and smiled.

"You run slow." He teased. He could sense she was running slower than usual, because even HE ran faster than that. Especially when he tripped over her leg.

"Sure." He said, and smiled.
"You count off." He said and laughed. He doubted he would beat her, but he could try. It was good to have something fun going on rather than war, war war. It got tiring sometimes.
